Public Bid Request 

This public bid request is to invite subcontractors to bid for an annual contract with the NC Housing Finance Agency’s Urgent Repair Program. Two to three contractors will be selected for each of five identified major repairs: septic, electrical, water, roof, and plumbing. Selected contractors will then be contracted for repairs with preference under NC Housing Finance Agency’s Urgent Repair Program for the 2025-2026 cycle.

Bids are accepted starting September 29th and it will close at the end of day on October 19th. Bids may be dropped off at our office 798 Walnut Creek Rd in Marshall, NC or emailed to sarah@chcmadisoncountync.org

Subcontractors and Vendors are required to provide:

  • W-9 form to capture your entity status and your Employer Identification Number 
  • Certificate Of Insurance (COI) that includes both General Liability AND Worker’s Compensation coverage
