CHC is excited to announce a grant award in the amount of $20,000 from The Community Foundation of Western North Carolina’s “People in Need” grant program received in November of this year. This support will help sustain our “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” program in 2019. This grant is funded by the Peterson Endowment Fund and Janirve Legacy Fund.
The Community Foundation is a nonprofit serving eighteen counties in Western North Carolina. The Foundation is a permanent regional resource that facilitated $18 million in charitable giving last year.
