We are pleased to share that CHC has been awarded a grant from the North Carolina Community Foundation (NCCF) at the recommendation of their affiliate, The Madison County Community Foundation (MCCF). This grant will help CHC address unmet and long-term recovery needs of our Madison County neighbors resulting from Hurricane Helene. It means greater capacity to respond to especially urgent needs such as replacement of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems destroyed by flooding and major accessibility, flooring, and roof repairs.
