Allie Leake
Board Member
Allie Leake is a native of Madison County. After coming up through the Madison County school system, she graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. Degree in Economics and a minor in Journalism and Mass Communication. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from West Virginia University College of Law.
After being away from home for nearly seven years, Allie returned to the mountains of WNC to practice law. Allie is an associate at The Law Offices of Jamie Stokes, where she has both a civil and criminal practice. Her favorite thing about practicing law at home is being able to help the people in her community resolve the issues that are most near and dear to their hearts.
Allie is enjoys being involved with the Community Housing Coalition because she loves her community and is acutely aware of the need for affordable housing solutions. Affordable housing has always been an issue that is close to Allie’s heart. While at UNC, she was a member of Habitat for Humanity.
In Allie’s spare time, you can find her running or spending time with her friends and family.
