CHC is excited to announce a grant award funded by the Dogwood Health Trust! This partnership will empower CHC to develop more capacity for both the Urgent Repair Program and the Essential Single-Family Rehabilitation Program, allowing us to leverage program dollars to provide urgent repairs to those who most need it. CHC home repair programs are designed to create a more connected, self-supporting community and we are appreciative of Dogwood Health Trust for working with us to further our program efforts.
